4/4

"Luke's Tree" is blossoming. It is a lovely sight to see out of his window and up close. It is a peach tree that was a gift to us when he was born and we all treasure it.

A little beauty to share on a beautiful day. Yesterday, my mom and I took a drive south to look at a couple of antique stores, which turned out to be pretty bogus, but the drive itself was STUNNING! The peach orchards are in bloom so it was a whole eyeful of beautiful peach blossoms surrounded by blue sky and green grass. A sight that is not easily forgotten. Life is good.

We have had a lot of fun today and it is only 2:00...Luke is talking to his trucks pre-nap and I am trying to make a list for things that need to get done in the yard for a pretty spring and summer. It will be fun? interesting? time consuming? messy? to get a small garden in this year, plant some flowers while keeping an eye on a very sweet and curious two year old.

Is it obvious where Luke, the dogs and I went today while Steve golfed?
